A well-known F&B and nightlife group based in Dubai specializing in international cuisines and now expanding to showcase Asian cuisine concept in fine dining restaurant and nightlife
Job Description:
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and the Head Chef in maintaining a high quality standard of food preparation, determine quality and quantity of food materials used with a view of eliminating waste and spoilage
• Monitor wastages and spoilages and keep it at a minimum by constantly checking refrigerators and food production according to the needs of the operation
• Ensure that all guidelines are followed in regard to hygiene, discipline, fire and safety
• Enforce policies and procedures for staff to handle properly their respective equipment
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Italian nationality
• 40 years and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 2 years in the same role or Junior Sous Chef
