We have an opportunity for a Product Manufacturing Engineer to join our Honeywell Building Technologies team in Cairo, Egypt.
In this role you will provide production/quality support for a CCTV cameras production in AOI factory for Honeywell Security providing the company s customers with prompt technical support, technical updates and quality checks, Standard Operation sheets, Assembly instructions, quality checks.
Product Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:
Development processes and systems that ensure robust product quality and services to Factory.
Lead and manage the production line failure analysis. Initiate corrective action process and manage the team to resolve product failures.
Deliver detailed analysis reports to enable product reliability improvement.
Implementation of corrective actions as required to maintain and achieve KPI s.
Identify and develop, the preventative quality assurance processes and systems to support product production.
Working with both local and global teams to identify potential product reliability or robustness issues, and work with the business to minimize the risks.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree qualified in electrical/electronic/Industrial engineering or similar discipline.
Software/PC programming experience desirable.
Minimum 5 years experience working in the electronic security (CCTV) and industry.
5 years factory production experience.
An extensive working knowledge in production lines.
Good English and Arabic written and communication skills required.
