Job Description
Supervise and manage the post-production team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
Oversee the finishing, inspection, and packaging of cast products.
Manage the operations of the Fettling Division, Machine Shop, and Paint Shop.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the post-production process.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure seamless transition of products from production to post-production.
Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Manage inventory of post-production materials and supplies.
