Job Description:
- Understands, prepares, and executes various baking methods for pastries, cakes, and breads
- Responsible for ingredients, equipment and procedures that meets company standards of catering, central or cloud kitchen production for pastry section
- Responsible for inventory, stocking and preparing LPO (Local Purchase order)
- Prepares professional standard recipe
- Produces high quality dish both design and taste wise
- Responsible for health, safety, and food hygiene practices
Requirements
- Male, 50 years old and below
- Diploma or any related certifications in culinary or hospitality management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience preferably from catering, cloud kitchen or central kitchen pastry section
- Good experience in culinary arts with expertise in baking
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
