- Understanding, preparation and execution of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures that meets company standards of catering production
- Responsible for inventory, stocking and preparing LPO (Local Purchase order)
- Preparing professional standard recipe
- Producing high quality plates both design and taste wise
- Responsible for health, safety and food hygiene practices
Requirements
- Male, 50 years and below
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary or any related course/ certifcate
- At least 5 years’ experience in catering/cloud or centerl kitchen in the UAE
- Well-versed in culinary arts with expertise in international cuisine on catering level
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
