• Responsible for Employees mental and physical well-beings to contribute/ensure the organization productivity. The Employee Welfare Manager works at both strategic and operational level to manage various personnel policies that affect people at work and at home, such as resolving human relations problems, promoting employee health and well-being. S/he will work in tandem with the Medical team to monitor activities related to staff and worker welfare in all the local and global business units.
• High levels of well-being will lead to increased productivity, lower instances of absence, retention of talented employees
• and attraction of new ones, happier customers, and a generally more engaged workforce. Good news for employees, managers and organisations. Well-being, motivation and employee engagement go hand in hand, and line managers have a central role in getting this dynamic right.
• Develop Welfare Policy, Adherence plan and procedures, standards and specifications to be implemented at worksite and labor accommodation.
• Plans, develops and oversee the implementation of worker welfare practices and labor accommodation standards in compliance to the Local & other applicable labor Laws.
• Develops, implements and manages worker welfare assurance/control program, setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures; Collects, tracks, analyzes, and reports overall results, including trends, for worker welfare.
• Develop monitoring
• Identify welfare issues within the business unit, and coordinate with the head of human resources and administration services on all matters relating to the welfare function.
• Develop and maintain an appropriate specialist knowledge, networks and relationships with external organizations, medical/health professionals, and other relevant agencies, and maintain up to date knowledge of the welfare discipline.
• Collects, tracks, analyzes, and reports overall results, including trends, for worker welfare.
• Work in coordination with the business unit and managers dealing with issues affecting the well-being of staff, including matters relating to the management of absences that involve sickness, stress, injury or disability.
• Plan and conduct internal/external welfare audit inspections in all the business units involving welfare team.
• Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
• Ensure administration of compensation benefits, safety and implementation of recreation & leisure activity plans.
