Manager – Operation

Should have complete knowhow and experience of the delivery business.
• Candidate should have handled a strategic role in building the business by preparing and completing action plans.
• Manage the delivery riders to ensure the completion of their day-to-day tasks.
• Should have the capacity to expand the fleet depending on the requirement.
• Should be able to drive new programs.
• Onboarding and managing 3 pl vendors.
• Build positive and productive work relation with riders and delivery team in order to achieve the agreed SLAs, KPIs, profitability, and to ensure customer satisfaction standards are maintained in line with company defined objectives.
• Candidate should have exposure to corporate clients handling.
• Monitor performance progress of the drivers and ensure that they achieve delivery KPIs.
• Maintaining Roasters Implementing robust processes to ensure a high productivity and excellent level of rider satisfaction at scale.
• Matching supply and demand - using a range of measures to ensure that we have enough riders in the right place at the right time.
