You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Manage team of minimum 5 multinationals on a daily basis of PJP operations
• Able to aim and report on revenue targets, different revenue streams (Home delivery, dine in, Take away), different costs (food cost, profit, labor cost, etc)
• Lead the team in ensuring they deliver excellent customer service at all times possible
• Take the lead in addressing customer special requests, inquiries, complains and manage quick, positive resolution
• Oversee rotation on schedules, employee requests on duty hours and extensions as needed
Requirements
• 45 years old and below
• At least 1 year of work experience as a shift manager or team leader and minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
