Job Description

An excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing general administrative support. This new opportunity will be for a healthcare facility in Dubai who will work as an Office Administrator/ Receptionist. In this role, you will be expected to:

  • process bills payment and create summary bill report
  • answer/screen/transfer telephone calls
  • welcome/greet and provide excellent customer service to guests / visitors in the offices
  • manage the reception area
  • ensure meeting rooms are ready and stocks are replenished
  • facilitate sending and receiving of packages/mails
  • provide general administrative support to the business

Requirements

For be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • should hold at least a bachelor degree, having a master degree certificate is a plus
  • should have at least 4 years of work experience
  • good grasp of using Microsoft office application
  • excellent command of English; knowledge in Hindi and/or French language would be a plus
  • good administration skills
  • willing to work in Dubai
  • must have a valid UAE driving license
