An excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing general administrative support. This new opportunity will be for a healthcare facility in Dubai who will work as an Office Administrator/ Receptionist. In this role, you will be expected to:
- process bills payment and create summary bill report
- answer/screen/transfer telephone calls
- welcome/greet and provide excellent customer service to guests / visitors in the offices
- manage the reception area
- ensure meeting rooms are ready and stocks are replenished
- facilitate sending and receiving of packages/mails
- provide general administrative support to the business
Requirements
For be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- should hold at least a bachelor degree, having a master degree certificate is a plus
- should have at least 4 years of work experience
- good grasp of using Microsoft office application
- excellent command of English; knowledge in Hindi and/or French language would be a plus
- good administration skills
- willing to work in Dubai
- must have a valid UAE driving license
