• Manage all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. Forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance.
• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Achieve set F&B budget, prepare costing cards, recipes, maintaining approved cost including consumables and wastages
• In charge of making and implementing policies that match the company’s mission and develop and continually update manuals that has consistency within brands
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic or Russian nationals
• 25 to 45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or any related hospitality certificates
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in UAE, with multiple stand-alone restaurants
• With strong capabilities on sales target, cost, wastage, inventory, suppliers, recipes, menu engineering, promotions, and cost effectiveness
• With valid UAE Driving license
