• Assist and support Restaurant Manager in managing and organizing daily restaurant operations, setting customer service standards, maintaining the highest level of quality, service, cleanliness and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Act and support FOH & BOH management and training and organizing shift schedules
• Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
• Handle customer complaints and ensure issues or problems are resolved
