? Lead together with management to revisit company process and ensure to carry out appropriate, cost-effective actions in keeping and attaining strong talent pipeline
? Oversee the recruitment process, enhance selection tools and methods, conduct final step of interviews for the open high-level positions, collaborate with departmental heads to understand skills and competencies required for the post and as well as implement inductions and on-boarding processes
? Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new tools in resource management, talent management, and employment law of the land
? Develop and execute HR strategies to support the long-term business plan and annual operating plan objectives across the HR scope of influence including but not limited to compensation planning, benefits, and leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, organizational development, employee performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development
Qualifications:
? Open to Indian nationality
? Male, 50 years old below
? Minimum 12 years of HR related experience
? Must be from a group of company with a retail business division
