Job Description

The Role

Guildhall is seeking a Head of Communication to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead all global communication efforts for our organization, ensuring alignment with our values and adherence to web3 principles. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in developing and executing strategic communication plans. Responsibilities: - Developing a worldwide communications strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive communications strategy rooted in web3 principles and our core values. - Interpreting and popularizing technical features: Effectively communicate the features of our technical teams to a wider audience. - Increasing online presence and outreach: Enhance our online presence and outreach through various communication mechanisms. - Managing web3 communications: Oversee web3 communications activities, including coordinating Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, organizing community managers, and maintaining a distinctive web3 branding. - Coordinating PR efforts: Collaborate with PR teams to coordinate, track, and analyze PR efforts, including press releases, media contacts, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management. - Managing editorial planning: Ensure consistent and well-maintained editorial planning, with a focus on thoughtful anticipation. - Bringing creativity to the table: Generate innovative ideas and possibilities for our community and customers.

Requirements

Qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in management roles within communications, with a preference for experience in web3 and related technologies. - Proven ability to build, manage, and nurture a well-established team in alignment with our company values. - Deep passion for blockchain, web3, and cryptocurrencies, along with a strong commitment to associated web3 values. - Essential experience in global project management, particularly within the web3 domain. - Strong capacity for prioritization and excellent work ethic, enabling you to effectively manage multiple tasks. - Exceptional English writing and communication skills, ensuring clear and effective communication across various channels. - Strategic thinking abilities, coupled with the capacity to work independently and handle diverse tasks. - Proficiency in at least two languages, with fluency in a third language considered a valuable asset.
