Senior Recruitment Consultant - HR Business Solution

An exciting opportunity has come up for a well-experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to work in one of the HR Technology companies in Dubai

. Reporting directly to the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for conducting business development and managing key accounts of the business.

This role will not be involved in delivering the recruitment requirements of the clients but rather, your function will be more focused on business development, sales management and key account management.

You will also be responsible in managing a team of Inbound Sales Representatives.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:must be a degree holdermust have at least 5 years of total experience, of which 1 year in managing (directly/indirectly) a teamstrong familiarity in recruitment processhave worked in recruitment agency
