You will be required to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues to provide information in relation to inquiries, product price requests and delivery support.
Other duties will include liaising between the HQ team and local teams for all order related queries and resolving any customer related issues promptly either by telephone, electronically or in person. In addition, the position will require the use of CRM systems and ensuring clients maintain a positive account balance.
