Description
- Manage the laboratory operations and performance.
- Plan and implement testing systems for each of the tests performed in the laboratory.
- Implement operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete on-time delivery.
- Advise, negotiate and manage all the laboratory contracts.
Profile
- Completion of a life science/healthcare degree.
- A minimum of ten years experience in a similar role.
- A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytic ability, good judgement and strong operational focus.
- Experienced in contract development and management.
