Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Create highquality 3D models renderings and animations for architectural and design projects.
- Develop compelling design presentations that effectively communicate concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize SketchUp at an advanced level to produce detailed and accurate models.
- Produce photorealistic renderings and visualizations using Twinmotion or Unreal Engine (preference for Unreal Engine due to its advanced capabilities).
- Create 3D animations to showcase design concepts including walkthroughs flyovers and interactive experiences.
- Edit and assemble videos for presentations incorporating animations effects and soundtracks.
- Collaborate with architects designers and project teams to ensure visual deliverables align with project goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization rendering and animation.
Requirements to Apply
- Experience in architectural design or a related field.
- Knowledge of additional 3D software (e.g. 3ds Max Blender Rhino) is a plus.
- Familiarity with VR/AR technologies for immersive design experiences.
- A degree in Architecture Design Visual Arts or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Proven experience in architectural visualization and design presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp (beyond basic knowledge).
- Expertise in Twinmotion or Unreal Engine (preference for Unreal Engine).
- Strong skills in 3D animation (not just modeling) and video editing/mounting.
- Proficiency in Photoshop for postprocessing and enhancing renderings.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually stunning and technically accurate designs.
- A designfocused mindset with a keen eye for detail composition and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
