Job Description
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 10 years of experience in program/project management with at least 5 years in Smart City projects.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IoT Cloud computing (Azure AWS or GCP) AI and Data Analytics.
- GCC Experience: Proven track record of managing smart city projects in the GCC region.
- Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Project Management Certifications (Preferred): PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certifications.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GCC smart city policies cybersecurity standards and data governance.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership stakeholder management and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with government agencies on urban infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to digital twins edge computing and 5G in smart city implementations.
- Knowledge of publicprivate partnership (PPP) models for smart city funding.
