Job Description
As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at LeveX you will act as a founderlike operator tasked with growthing the business in various dimensions. You will identify strategize and execute key growth initiatives across product sales marketing PR partnerships and operationswith direct P&L impact.
Your Mission:
Build & optimize new revenue streams in trading DeFi institutional crypto and new asset classes.
Own key business development initiatives negotiating deals that drive adoption CS1 and volume.
Identify & execute highvalue partnershipsbuild relationships with exchanges institutions and fintech players.
Work directly with investors & leadership to refine company strategy OKRs and revenue growth plans.
Focus: You wont just adviseyou will roll up your sleeves and build.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
510 years of working experience in startups and venture building strategy
Founderlevel commercial and handson mindsethas launched scaled or led expansion at a startup ideally in FinTech or Digital Assets.
Strong operator & muscleability to lead manage and drive multiple highimpact projects at once.
Exceptional business development & dealmaking skillshas closed highvalue B2B deals partnerships or acquisitions.
Deep market understanding of trading crypto fintech and emerging digital asset trends.
Proven ability to drive user growth revenue expansion and operational scaling.
Ability to work across teams (Product Growth Marketing BD) and align stakeholders towards .
Relentless drive to winselfstarter entrepreneurial mindset and thrives in highpressure environments.
Preferred: Experience in crypto exchanges DeFi trading hedge funds or venturebacked fintech companies.
