We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at SO/Uptown Dubai. As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and leading a diverse team in a vibrant multicultural environment.
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling inventory control and quality assurance
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
- Lead motivate and train a diverse team of restaurant staff to maintain high service standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean safe dining environment
- Analyze financial reports manage budgets and implement costsaving measures without compromising quality
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items and promotional offerings
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally striving for prompt resolution
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to improve restaurant performance
- Organize and oversee special events promotions and themed dining experiences
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food and beverage industry
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and pointofsale systems
- Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences
- Food safety certification and thorough knowledge of food and beverage regulations
- Excellent inventory management and cost control skills
- Experience in staff training and development
