Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at SO/Uptown Dubai. As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and leading a diverse team in a vibrant multicultural environment.

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling inventory control and quality assurance
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Lead motivate and train a diverse team of restaurant staff to maintain high service standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean safe dining environment
  • Analyze financial reports manage budgets and implement costsaving measures without compromising quality
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items and promotional offerings
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally striving for prompt resolution
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to improve restaurant performance
  • Organize and oversee special events promotions and themed dining experiences

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food and beverage industry
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and pointofsale systems
  • Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences
  • Food safety certification and thorough knowledge of food and beverage regulations
  • Excellent inventory management and cost control skills
  • Experience in staff training and development
  • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Adaptability to work in a fastpaced multicultural environment
  • Innovative approach to menu development and promotional strategies
  • Proficiency in financial management and budget analysis
