Job Description
Job Title: Mechanical Planning Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience: 13 Years
Salary: Depends Upon Experience
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing detailed mechanical project plans schedules and work breakdown structures.
- Coordinating with project managers engineers and site teams to ensure timely of mechanical activities.
- Preparing and updating project schedules using planning software (Primavera P6 MS Project etc..
- Analyzing project progress identifying delays and implementing corrective measures.
- Ensuring alignment of project activities with client requirements quality standards and safety regulations.
- Monitoring material availability resource allocation and equipment utilization to optimize efficiency.
- Conducting risk assessments and proposing mitigation strategies for mechanical projects.
- Preparing daily weekly and monthly progress reports for stakeholders and management.
- Collaborating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Keeping track of budgetary constraints and assisting in cost estimation for mechanical projects.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Certification in project planning software (Primavera P6 MS Project) is an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and other planning tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and project .
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings specifications and schedules.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of industry standards codes and safety regulations.
