We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong focus on real estate recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the full HR cycle ensuring the recruitment and retention of top talent for sales leasing and listing roles while maintaining compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for real estate sales leasing and listing roles.
- Source screen and interview candidates to ensure industry and company fit.
- Collaborate with recruiters job portals and industry networks to attract top talent.
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Oversee payroll coordination benefits administration and HR documentation.
- Manage employee relations grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Organize training and development programs for sales and leasing staff.
- Conduct performance appraisals and career development planning.
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives and company growth plans.
- Develop HR metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness and workforce productivity.
- Work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and workforce needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the real estate industry (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of real estate recruitment and industryspecific hiring practices.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR compliance.
- Experience using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- HR certification (CIPD SHRM or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong network within the real estate sector.
