Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Coordinate with project managers site engineers and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Monitor project progress identify delays and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and update stakeholders on project timelines.
- Assist in resource planning cost estimation and procurement scheduling.
- Identify potential risks delays and bottlenecks in project execution and suggest mitigation measures.
- Support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims when required.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations client specifications and project requirements.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field.
- Must have 45 years of experience in project planning for interior fitout projects in the UAE.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of fitout project sequencing resource planning and procurement processes.
- Excellent skills in progress tracking reporting and coordination.
- Strong communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Must be locally available in the UAE and immediately available to join.
