Job Description
Job title: DLP Manager
Location: RemoteIndia
Duration : 11 months contract
Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain DLP policies standards and procedures ensuring regulatory compliance.

Administer and optimize Forcepoint DLP; experience with Microsoft Purview is a plus.

Implement Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and Insider Threat Modules.

Monitor DLP effectiveness using KPIs/KRIs and support regular audits.

Respond to DLP incidents conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance data protection and security awareness.

Stay updated on data security trends and recommend continuous improvements.
Required Skills:
- Practical experience with development and maintenance of DLP Policies Standards Procedures and Guidelines. Ensure compliance with regulations required for DLP.
- 6 years of relevant experience.
- Ensure metrics (Key Performance / Risk Indicators) for measuring the effectiveness of the DLP solution are in place.
- Extensive knowledge & experience with Forcepoint DLP Administration. Experience with Microsoft purview is desirable.
- Knowledge of DSPM implementation Insider Threat Module implementation with Microsoft is an added advantage.
- At least 6 years overall relevant experience.
- Support regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
