Job Description
Location: AD
Job Type: Fulltime 2year contract
Department: Project Support
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all project documentation ensuring accurate and uptodate records.
- Organize store and retrieve documents efficiently following company protocols.
- Monitor document control processes to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements.
- Distribute project documentation to relevant team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper version control and track document revisions and approvals.
- Perform regular audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of documentation.
- Support the project team with administrative tasks related to documentation and reporting.
Qualifications :
- A degree is not required for this position.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control for largescale projects.
- Proficient in document management systems and tools (e.g. Aconex SharePoint or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with construction or engineering project environments is preferred.
