Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Planner/Scheduler to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules coordinating with project teams and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules using industrystandard software.

Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary information and updates to accurately reflect project progress in the schedule

Identify potential schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion of project milestones

Monitor and report on project progress providing regular updates to project stakeholders

Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop and implement schedule changes as needed

Assist in the development of project budgets by providing accurate and timely schedule information

Participate in project meetings and provide input on schedulerelated matters

Ensure compliance with project scheduling standards and procedures

Continuously seek opportunities to improve project efficiency and productivity through schedule optimization


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering construction management or a related field

15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling preferably in the construction or engineering industry

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and managing multiple priorities

Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is an asset
