Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift to 50 pounds.
- Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools and machinery.
