Job Description
- Conduct realtime quality checks and inspections on products and packaging during your assigned shift.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and report any inconsistencies immediately.
- Maintain detailed records of quality checks nonconformance incidents and corrective actions.
- Work collaboratively with production and technical staff to resolve quality issues as they arise.
- Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous process enhancement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quality control or assurance role ideally in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills and a commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with quality control practices and procedures.
