Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Collection of samples and numbering it as per production numbering.
· Entering the sample details in the sample log.
· Use of measuring instruments to measure the sample parameters.
· Visual Inspection of FG.
· Preparation of the sample as per the SOP.
· Safe installation of the samples on the relevant test machines.
· Functional knowledge of UTM.
· Non-conforming products identification and shifting to quarantine area.
· Proper housekeeping in the quality lab.
· Following safety rules and policies of the company.
· Maintaining calibration records of the instruments used.
· Assist Quality / ISO representative during external audits.
· Preparation of MTC according to P.O and packing list.
