Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional hostess to join a renowned dining establishment in Abu Dhabi. As the first point of contact for our guests you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Ensure guests are seated in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized frontofhouse area.
- Provide menus and help guests with special requests.
- Communicate effectively with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- A positive attitude and ability to remain calm in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of the restaurant s menu and services is an advantage.
