We are seeking a professional and organized Duty Manager for our residential property in Dubai United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of hospitality within our residence.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of daily operations within the residence
- Supervise and lead staff members ensuring they deliver highquality service to residents and guests
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and special requests in a timely and professional manner
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and maintain safety and security protocols within the property
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Manage inventory and supplies for the residence
- Prepare and submit reports on occupancy revenue and other key performance indicators
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle emergency situations and make decisive actions when necessary
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

Qualifications :
- Proven experience in hospitality management or similar role
- Strong leadership staff management and customer service skills
- Excellent problemsolving conflict resolution and communication abilities
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Experience with property management systems and financial reporting
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian language is a plus
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights weekends and holidays
