Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Engagement: Create memorable interactions with guests by offering personalized recommendations and ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism. Anticipate guest preferences and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience.

• Bar Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area ensuring a polished and inviting environment at all times. Oversee the setup breakdown and overall operations of the bar ensuring a seamless flow of service.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to develop and implement seasonal beverage menus that complement the dining offerings. Align drinks with the overall hotel experience to create harmonious and wellpaired dining and drinking options.

• Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory including ordering supplies tracking stock levels and ensuring optimal usage of ingredients to prevent wastage. Regularly monitor bar supplies to ensure consistent availability.

• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends new cocktail techniques and the latest beverage innovations to continually enhance your skills and enrich our offerings. Integrate new ideas into the bars repertoire to maintain a fresh and exciting experience for guests.

Qualifications :

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment luxury hotel highend restaurant or exclusive beach club showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: Youre proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification such as a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience is preferred aligning with our commitment to excellence.
