Lead with countries on identifying our target competitors collecting retail audits Setting the pricing matrix and support on testing and analyzing results
Do regular maintenance for the pricing strategies of the countries and resolve items with margin erosion and items that jeopardize our price perception
Lead discussions with price sping providers to enhance results and data accuracy
Evaluate compliance with the pricing strategy by country based on pricing tools and guidelines
Lead with country teams on implementing the promo trade plans and identify regional events
Lead with marketing teams on communication channels for campaigns to reach existing and new customers
Lead with country teams on assessing the performance & ROI of each campaign and support them on taking proper decisions
Set proper targets for promo contribution by country depending on market dynamics and company objectives
Coordinate with marketing teams on developing new marketing tools that help us acquire new customers and retain existing ones
Lead with country teams on doing Delivery fee experiments and testing to optimize financials and dri affordability
Qualifications :
You have at least 5 years of experience in progressive development and management of multiple product categories matured by working for large retailers (FMCG) in an international setting.
You have built teams and led crossfunctional projects at scale.
You are very detailoriented structured and know how to prioritize you consider yourself as someone who delivers solutions and not bottlenecks to be solved.
You are willing to do anything necessary for the project to succeed including working on the warehouse flo when you are short staffed to make a customer delivery or to take customer calls. No job is too insignificant detail is too small for you.
You are able to interact with seniorlevel executives and can manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders. You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job. You have excellent analytical and communication skills and always like to be handson with several tools.

Language skills: Fluent English and Arabic would be highly advantageous
