Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules work breakdown structures and timelines using project management tools.
- Coordinate with project managers engineers and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Analyze project progress identify potential delays and recommend mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Monitor resource allocation including manpower equipment and materials to optimize project efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications contracts and timelines.
- Perform risk analysis and provide solutions to minimize project risks.
- Collaborate with the construction team to adjust schedules and plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
- Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 MS Project or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and techniques.
- Knowledge of construction processes methods and resource management.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
