Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead sales efforts within a designated territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth expand customer relationships and drive market share.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth: Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
2. Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
3. Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales plan to penetrate new accounts expand existing relationships and increase revenue.
4. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to identify trends opportunities and challenges.
5. Product Knowledge: Maintain indepth knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
6. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports forecasts and pipeline analysis to management.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing customer service and technical support.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 3 years of sales experience preferably in a territory management role.
2. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
3. Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
4. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry market trends and competitors.
