Job Description
General Responsibilities
- Live and support Accors vision ambition and purpose.
- Deliver highest quality service to exceed guest expectations.
- Comply and promote Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Loyalty programme to guests.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following fire health and safety standards at all times for self colleagues and guests.
- Very attentive to personal hygiene and grooming.
- Develop yourself by attending all trainings required in your department and hotel.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Attends to repairs and maintenance of all systems and related equipment including heating ventilation and airconditioning and refrigeration equipment.
- Responsible for operation and maintenance of cool rooms including compressors dryers evaporators condensers and associated equipment..
- Perform general and emergency repairs and maintenance to all plant and equipment based on skill and experience level.
- Carry out regular inspections of plant and equipment as per the daily checklist and ensure that inspections required by Government authorities are conducted and documented.
- Carry out general room repairs preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as per computerized system.
- Perform and assist with the Fire Protection Preventative Maintenance Program ensuring all items are inspected as per weekly schedule.
Qualifications :

Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
