Job Title: Sales Team Leader for Real Estate Developer
Location: Dubai United Arab Emirates

Salary: AED 12000 Top of market commission structure
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Team Leader to lead and manage our sales team. In this role you will be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals training and mentoring team members developing and implementing sales strategies and monitoring performance.
Responsibilities:
- Set and track sales targets for the team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas for new features or products.
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
- Ensure sales finance and legal policies and procedures are met.
- Build an opencommunication environment for your team.
- Liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
- At least 57 years of experience in sales with a minimum of 34 years in a leadership role in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry in Dubai UAE.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. At least 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a leadership role in Dubai.
