Job Description
Job Title: Production Assistant
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: 75000 per Month
Location: Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of production schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Organize and manage production resources including materials tools and equipment ensuring availability and efficiency.
- Support production staff in daytoday operations resolving issues and maintaining workflow.
- Monitor and maintain production quality standards reporting any deviations to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate production logs reports and records for efficient tracking and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and alignment of tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations ensuring a safe working environment for all production activities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Provide input for process improvement and costsaving initiatives in the production department.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g. Production Management Engineering or a related discipline).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Skills Required
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail to ensure highquality outputs.
- Proficiency in using production management tools and software.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in a production setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and supervisors.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fastpaced production environments.
