Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within target industries and markets.
- Use various channels including email social media and online networking platforms to reach out to prospects and initiate contact.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and customers.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for followup by the sales team.
- Build and maintain a database of leads and prospect information ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation activities and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends market developments and best practices in lead generation and sales prospecting.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing communications or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in lead generation sales prospecting or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated and proactive approach to work with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and lead generation tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online networking techniques for lead generation.
