Job Description

:

Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978 Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management Hospitality General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction Mining Oil and Gas industries.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

: The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying qualifying and generating highquality leads to support our sales and marketing teams. If you are proactive datadriven and passionate about connecting businesses with opportunities we want to hear from you!

:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels including online research social media and industry directories.

  • Generate and qualify leads based on target criteria to ensure alignment with the companys goals.

  • Create and execute lead generation strategies campaigns and outreach activities.

  • Maintain and update lead databases ensuring accuracy and relevance.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead nurturing strategies.

  • Conduct outbound calls emails and other communications to initiate contact with prospective clients.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance providing insights to optimize lead generation efforts.

  • Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

  • Use CRM tools to manage and track lead progress throughout the sales funnel.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in lead generation preferably in real estate.

Other Requirements:

  • Proficiency in lead generation tools CRM systems and marketing automation software.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Resultsoriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing SEO and social media strategies is a plus.
