Hiring: Assistant Manager Banking Access Management
Traverse is seeking a skilled professional for the position of Assistant Manager Privileged & User Access Management with a leading Bank in Dubai! This onsite role is perfect for experienced candidates in the banking sector looking to advance their careers.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Privileged Access Management (PAM) User Access Management (UAM) and proven expertise in managing access and processes in a banking environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain user access to banking applications to ensure smooth business operations.
- Create specifications for system enhancements related to User Profile Administration.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process reengineering.
- Assist users in resolving system issues via BMC Helix Hotline and emails.
- Prepare test plans and cases for system testing.
- Conduct periodic reviews and cleanup of user access removing redundant users/profiles.
- Enhance operational processes to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 58 years of experience with at least 5 years in a relevant role.
- Industry exposure in Banking or Financial Services.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
