Job Description
- Participates in the strategic alignment of the IAM program with overall business needs by driving meaningful collaboration and operational plans.
- Collaborates with business/ process owners and other stakeholders, in order to manage deliverables within timeframe
- Applies new methodologies to Identity & Access management including the interpretation of policies & standards, and their proactive application.
3-5 years’ experience in leading an identity & access management domain and implementation of centralized identity services (federated or otherwise) in a banking environment
