- Employee onboarding development and training;
- Develop and implement HR policies procedures compensation and benefits plans;
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues rules and regulations;
- Monitoring of working hours vacations and other related events;
- IDP process (Performance Appraisal);
- Company branding development;
