Partnering with Microsofts AI SaaS we offer domainspecific Agentic AI Orchestrator platform utilizing reasoning agents for precise and costeffective services. Our focus includes AI incubation IP creation applied AI R&D and AI investment products. By creating models tailored to specific domains and languages we ensure superior accuracy and efficiency. We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Lead Product Designer to join our innovative team at Inception in Abu Dhabi. As a lead you will take charge of the design process from conceptualization to delivery setting the standard for design excellence across our products. Working closely with crossfunctional teams you will ensure that our designs not only meet user needs but also push the boundaries of creativity and usability. This role requires a strategic thinker who can inspire and guide a team collaborating closely with engineering product and business teams to create impactful usercentered solutions.

- Design Leadership: Drive the endtoend design process from user research to final implementation while ensuring consistency and excellence in every aspect of the user experience.
- UserCentric Approach: Translate business goals and user needs into functional engaging and aesthetically appealing design solutions.
- Collaboration and Strategy: Collaborate with product managers engineers and stakeholders to define and align on the product vision goals and roadmap.
- Team Development and Mentorship: Lead mentor and inspire a team of designers fostering an environment that promotes creativity and innovation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a design advocate within the organization conducting design critiques championing design thinking and promoting usercentred practices.
- Research and Testing: Conduct user research usability testing and A/B testing; analyze findings to derive actionable insights that inform product strategy and design decisions.
- Prototyping and Iteration: Create interactive prototypes to gather user feedback iterate based on results and ensure a refined userfriendly experience.
- Design Systems and Standards: Develop contribute to and maintain a scalable design system that ensures efficiency consistency and quality across platforms.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay current with design trends tools and technologies and propose new innovations to keep the product experience ahead of the curve.
Skills and attributes for success
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in design tools (Figma Sketch Adobe XD InVision) vector design and image editing tools (Adobe Illustrator Photoshop).
- Advanced UX/UI Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles wireframing storyboarding and prototyping.
- CrossPlatform Design: Experience designing for web and mobile platforms (iOS Android) with a focus on responsive and adaptive design.
- Design System Expertise: Knowledge of maintaining and scaling design systems.
- Research and Analytics: Proficiency in user research usability testing A/B testing and using data to inform design decisions.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading design teams providing constructive feedback and cultivating a collaborative design culture.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong crossfunctional collaboration abilities with developers product managers and executive stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Ability to align design work with business goals and contribute to product strategy.
- ProblemSolving: Excellent problemsolving skills critical thinking and adaptability.
- Agility: Familiarity with agile methodologies sprintbased work and managing multiple projects.
- Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction (HCI) or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in UX/UI design with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
- A track record of successful product launches with a focus on highquality design and user experience.
