Job Description
- Experience: you have 8+ years of experience as an in-house product designer, user experience designer, design lead, or similar role.
- Expertise: you have a proven track record of strong product discovery, product design, visual design, interaction, prototyping, and research skills.
- Product & design vision: you have developed design solutions that address customer and business problems. You're more concerned with the "why" than the "how".
- Communication: you are excellent at building relationships and working optimally with diverse, cross-functional teams. You are great at openly giving and receiving feedback and present your work to the wider oganization.
- Mentorship: You help other designers grow in their careers, improve their skills, and deliver their best work. You have experience making effective decisions and managing design project work.
- Execution: You take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed product team member. You have experience shipping products that get meaningful results for customers and businesses
- Appreciation of quality: the details and nuances of your work are important to you. You are enthusiastic about your favorite products and can articulate why they're incredible. You are excited to build great products and a premium brand.
