- Advocate for inclusion, equity, and accessibility
- Have a deep understanding of our Agoda Design System
- Support accessibility learning and onboarding for designers
- Promote and implement inclusive design best practices, guidelines, and principles within the design organization and systems
- Utilize your expertise in visual design, user experience, and design systems to create inclusive solutions with product design partners
- Provide feedback and critique on accessibility and inclusion through the design review and design review handoff process
- Partner with product designers to help define roadmap and priorities for creating accessible digital products
- Review accessibility compliance of components and patterns within ADS
- Provide UX / UI support for internal design tooling
Product Designer at Agoda means you have a track record of:
- Strong foundation with Figma design tool
- 1 – 3 years of experience working with or on design systems
- Experience with design-lead user research
- A portfolio of work relating to design systems or a strong comprehension of how they work
- Solid understanding and knowledge of design fundamentals. (ie Gestalt, Color, Typography, Grids, etc)
- An understanding of interaction, visual, and user experience design
- Able to articulate and explain your ideas to other designers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders
- A strong growth mindset and team-player attitude
- Care deeply about organization, file structure, and the details
- Work with Designers, Agoda Design Systems, and IT as our primary stakeholder
- Help shape the design culture at Agoda that will ultimately impact the experience our customers have with our products and services

User-Centered Design:
- Understanding user needs and behaviors through research, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to create user-centric designs.
- Designing products that are intuitive and easy to use, ensuring a seamless user experience (UX).

Prototyping and Wireframing:
- Developing low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and ideas.
- Using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for creating digital prototypes and interactive models.
