Job Description
This entrylevel position is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for system engineering and a desire to develop their skills in a fastpaced environment. Engineers will be mainly responsible for troubleshooting L1 issues and coordinating with senior engineers for L2& L3 issues.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design implementation and maintenance of system infrastructure including servers storage and virtualization environments.
- Support system monitoring and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues collaborating with senior engineers as needed.
- Participate in system backups disaster recovery planning and data management.
- Help with the deployment of software applications and updates across systems.
- Document system configurations processes and procedures for future reference.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support IT projects and initiatives.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in system engineering
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows Linux) and system administration concepts.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problemsolving skills and attention to detail
