To manage endtoend credit card campaigns from conceptualization and execution to monitoring and fulfillment ensuring alignment with business objectives compliance requirements and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive credit card acquisition usage and retention.
2. Design campaign mechanics including offers discounts cashback rewards and seasonal promotions.
3. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales Analytics and Product teams) to ensure campaign objectives align with business goals.
4. Work with creative and media agencies to design promotional materials for digital print and onground channels.
5. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (e.g. response rates conversion ROI).
Fulfillment Coordination:
6. Oversee the delivery of campaign promises (e.g. cashback gifts rewards) to customers.
7. Manage vendor relationships for fulfillment processes ensuring timely delivery.
8. Develop a robust system to track fulfillment SLAs and resolve issues promptly.
9. Work closely with the customer service team to handle queries and escalations related to campaign offers.
Analysis and Reporting:
10. Monitor campaign performance using tools and analytics platforms.
11. Create postcampaign reports detailing outcomes learnings and recommendations for future campaigns.
12. Analyze customer behavior to refine segmentation strategies and enhance campaign relevance.
13. Design and implement measurement frameworks needed for regular reporting and optimization across the entire acquisition pipeline including marketing sales channel offer campaign and product performance.
14. Review data models and algorithms to ensure fitforpurpose in alignment with business objectives
Stakeholder Collaboration:
13. Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all campaigns meet regulatory requirements.
14. Partner with IT teams to implement and test campaignrelated systems and APIs. Partner with analytics and marketing teams to execute datadriven campaigns and implement required measurement frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance
15. Manage budgets and ensure costeffective execution of campaigns.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
16. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor campaigns.
17. Propose innovative campaign ideas and fulfillment strategies to differentiate the credit card offering.
18. Design and implement and initial firstpartydata strategy to improve use of customer data to optimize campaigns and improve overall customer experience.
19. Provide guidance on implementing personalization across marketing touchpoints including digital campaigns CRM campaigns mobile app and website assets.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of credit card products and payment systems.
Experience in marketing campaigns project management and vendor management.
Analytical mindset with expertise in campaign analytics and ROI measurement.
Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work crossfunctionally in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in campaign management tools and CRM platforms.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field (Masters preferred).
57 years of experience in credit card marketing or campaign management.
Familiarity with banking regulations in campaign execution and fulfillment.
