Job Description & Responsibilities
* Contribute in the Processing Sections operational plans and support their implementation maintaining the production conditions and ensuring production targets are met in terms of quantity and quality to support the achievement of ADOCs objectives.
* Perform process simulations using software like Aspen HYSYS to model and optimize oil and gas processing units.
* Prepare process flow diagrams (PFDs) piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and other technical documents.
* Prepare/modify and document operational/laboratory guidelines instructions and manuals in line with literature catalogues & manufacturers manuals and Companys set technical standards.
* Ensure all Processing Section activities are conducted as per set guidelines and procedure and any irregularities in operations are highlighted to superiors.
* Assist the Processing Head in the Processing Sections budgets based on field development Companys production and annual/midterm production & maintenance plans related to Utilities facility and coordinate all related activities in compliance with the approved budgets and time lines.
* Ensure compliance to all relevant safety quality and environmental management policies procedures and controls across the Department to guarantee employee safety legislative compliance delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Competencies/Skills
* Well versed in process simulation software HYSIS
* Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the oil and gas industry.
* Project management skills.
* Strong understanding of oil and gas processing principles equipment and unit operations.
* Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
