Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants providing property tours and addressing inquiries.
- Manage the endtoend leasing process including marketing available properties conducting property viewings and negotiating lease terms.
- Prepare leasing agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of property listings market trends and competitor offerings.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with tenants and landlords ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate property inspections maintenance requests and tenant moveins/moveouts.
- Work closely with the property management team to ensure a seamless leasing experience.
- Update and maintain accurate records of tenant information lease documents and payments in the system.
- Assist in achieving leasing targets and meeting KPIs for occupancy and revenue.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or leasing in Dubai.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a clientcentric approach.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
- Attributes: Detailoriented organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
